OUR MEDICAL RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Our offer is simple: if you give us a chance to get to know you, we will work hard to find a suitable vacancy for you. From the moment of registration on our website you will regularly receive information about medical job offers customized to your professional profile. If the job position meets your expectations, we arrange the meeting with one of medical recruitment specialists to get to know your expectations and to present you a wider job description so that you can assess whether the medical job abroad is right for you. If your profile matches employer’s needs, we arrange a direct interview in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Great Britain or France. When you receive and accept the medical job offer, you will sign an agreement with the employer and then start an intensive, free-of-charge language course, on-line or stationary, on Paragona campus. After signing the contract we provide you and your family with all the preparation and support you need to successfully meet the challenge of working abroad as a doctor.
