The first step is an online registration on the Paragona website. Upon registration you will receive our CV form by email. Our team is always available for support in order to make sure that your CV fully reflects your competence and experience.

ASSESSMENT PROCESS 

The next step is Assessment Centre on Skype. The Assessment Centre is an opportunity for us to get to know you better as a person and to assess your strengths.

During your attendance at the Assessment Centre, you will:

  • Receive more details about available offers, the employers and the destination country in question
  • Get a better understanding of what we can offer you and your family both before and after moving to the new country
  • Familiarise yourself with teaching methods used by Paragona
  • Undergo language assessment tests 

INTERVIEW WITH AN EMPLOYER

As soon as an employer shows an interest in your profile, you will be invited for a visit. Interviews take place at the future workplace in a chosen country. This allows you to get to know the new work/life environment, e.g. working conditions, responsibilities, colleagues, and the surrounding area.

Paragona organises all practical arrangements of the visit. The employer makes the final decision about offering you employment.

CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT 

When you accept the offer, you will sign a Contract of Employment with your employer. Once the contract is signed you can start the language preparatory course.
